If my player got 7 days injury yesterday, did he get training today?
It showed 7 days, but he didnt get substituted so i guess it counts as a slight injury?

Too bad...
a player has to have slight injury to get training, +7 is no training
And healthupdate is after trainingupdate.

but why was he not substituted during the match when it wasnt slight injury then?
Okey, thanks for the answer.

Will a player get as much training playing only a friendly as a player who plays both a league game and a friendly?
No, a player who play 2 full games get 100% training, a player that plays an official match will get a little less then that, a player who plays a friendly will get a little less then that, a player who only play an (U21) NT match will train less then that.
DAMN. that just happened to me yesterday with 7 days. I thought its ok cause he wasnt changed. shit...... unlucky.
it seems to me if they play a lot of the remaining match they do get a 7 or 8 day injury after it.
if it is a slight injury but late in the game, they dont get more injured

What is the influence of height on headers and acceleration? I know what's in the rules , but how is it percantage wise? Is there some research made about this stuff? Subjectively with the extreme heights (e.g. 165 cm or 185+cm) I can see a bigg difference, as tall player win considerable majority of headers despite form and technique and smaller players have visibly faster start on ball (with similar form).. but all that could be deceiving. What is your experince?
my experience: small defs (1.65-1.70) won headers with tall strikers (1.89).
I think it's still random, but maybe 60-40 to taller one...

The thing to know is that keepers use height to catch high balls :) when it's a cross or a really high shot. In mids fight for high ball i didnt notice any height advantage. suppose to be really small influence.
about keepers, look at Brasil - Romania, last week.
Romania's 3rd goal (I think 3rd, surely not lower, maybe higher) was scored with a header in a duel striker vs keeper. keeper 1.70, striker 1.73...
about other thing... I used to play with a 1.95 central mid... he won most of the headers, as far as I remember, but he may have lost ones too...

So what that striker won one ball ? it should lower the chance, not suppose to make win all balls.
i had a reserve mid last season with height 205, never lost a header ;) but ended up selling him as he couldn't run to save his life ;)
