F5/Log out, Log in/Clean Cookies?

Perhaps something from things mentioned before will help.

Hei

I have question about coaches...

First one is about head coach... I tried to pull out one... But under it 250 000 eurs and best one i got was

Heiti Haljaste, age: 33
wage: 23 725 €
club: Mynaste, country: Eesti,
formidable [11] coach
Training effectiveness as head coach:
poor [3] of stamina unsatisfactory [2] of keeper
magical [15] of pace formidable [11] of defender
unearthly [16] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaker
incredible [13] of passing unearthly [16] of striker

Training att and once in a season i do pace... So how much i will loos when my head coach has pace 15... Or i need to search more

second one is about Assistants

I have hear rumors that i dont need them that much... At the moment i have three brilliant assistants to who i pay about 90000 eur a week... Do i need them all... Or can i but one coach to train junior team... And if i can how much i will lose from my main team effectiveness

for once a season magical pace would be ok for me. But maybe one of your assistants has unearthly pace and can replace him for pace training?

I would always use 3 assistants. So if you take one of your brilliant coaches as youth coach, I would get a new and cheaper one as third assistant, needn't to be a brilliant. But noboby knows how much training you will lose with an outstanding third assistant for example - try and find out, but it won't be much I guess.

if you have such high assistants you need a better head coach imo.

its not hard find a 3x unearthly one from what iv seen.
using transfer serach for coaches i see around 10 there. of which 3-4 are perfect.

wage on your guy is decent though is his main benefit. but imo considering your assistant levels you are paying too much.

from general training alone you may as well have 3x solid assistants and a 3x unearthly head coach rather than him and 3x brilliant assistants imo.

I would say he is ok for a beginning coach or medium level, but not when u are spending so much on assistants anyway
EDIT: just my opinion. be interesting to hear others

Indeed :)

And about that magical pace, I would never train skills with less then unearthly, not even stamina. It will always be less efficient if the skill of the head coach is lower as unearthly, specially with pace training!

A head coach like this for example is good to train ATT: Transferlist head coach 3x unearthly

If the head coach doesn´t have unearthly stamina, it´s a smart move if one of the assistants or the junior coach has unearthly stamina, so that coach can be used as head coach when stamina needs to be trained for a couple of weeks.

And for margus I think an assistant should be at least incredible with a max salary of ± €22.500, so 3 brilliant assistants with a total salary of €90.000 is more then ok.

Also the junior coach should at least incredible with a max salary of ± €22.500, brilliant with a max salary of ± €30.000, magical with a max salary of ± €40.000 or even unearthly with a max salary of ± €60.000.

if you're not looking for a toplevel coach it's often cheaper to buy them from the transfermarket (select trainer instead of player) however for the toplevel coaches it can pay off to recruit them yourself (though you'll allways need enough luck then, the buyers at the transfermarket overbid just for the safety of getting the coach they really want)

in general the older the coach (they don't retire, that feature has never been implemented) and the less in keeping the less the wage you have to pay is.

figures about the lowest wages for coaches found by users:

good - 1 500 €
solid - 2 270 €
very good - 3 400 €
excellent - 5 230 €
formidable - 8 000 €
outstanding - 11 475 €
incredible - 17 700 €
briliant - 24 545 €
magical - 34 000 €
unearthly - 53 600 €

however keep in mind that just like players coaches also have sublevels which can make it worthwile to take a little more expensive ones and that every time you try to recruit one it'll come at a cost just to get one with lower wage ... at a certain point it might not be worth it to try anymore because of the cost which keeps adding up, for example if you don't plan on using a coach for several seasons because you allready know you'll need some other one during the next season to train some other skill.

the higher the coach the lower his efficiency is relative to his wage, so it's not always that interesting to want to have the best possible coach; however in general coaches usually pay back their huge costs in the long run and with the right player you'll make profit out of them: that one skill extra has the potential to gain you enough to recover the wage.

if you want to be able to train the whole scala of skills it can be financially interesting to look for assistants with different skills at unearthly level at the transfermarket. that way you can swap them with your head coach depending on your training. however keep in mind that general pops are related to the individual skills of your head coach first and only afterward to the general level of your assistants.

Thank you all for your answers

trouble whit finding head couch is that i would like to get 4 unearthly... Pace tech strike and pm... Last one just for gen pops... And i would like salary no more then 30000... In market i havent seen many of those...

I dont need stamina cause i dont train that... I sell ma players when they are max 23 years so they dont affect price...

But for assistant coshes i have planed to go over magical... People have told me that whit trainees i will earn that money back whit faster pops

Once again I noticed how useless freekicks have become on sokker.
- Long distance ones towards a sideline are hardly ever accurate. Either not far enough or too far ...
- Where players used to give an indirect freekick, they now try to score goals from halfway the field instead of dropping it in the box.

Or am I just watching unlucky games (including top league and NT games)?
2012-01-21 11:43:04
if I'm not wrong, Belgium eliminated Polska with 2 goals from 2 freekicks, on the left side of your attack (or one freekick and one throw-in, don't remember precisely)
2012-01-21 11:57:48
I'm mainly talking about freekicks from the center (lets say sidelines of penalty box)
2012-01-22 01:28:52
Yep, they are pretty much useless unless
- you play with a wing (uncovered), who is close enough to not recieve the ball high
- the def line moves back in the penalty area, so dangerous headers are possible
2012-01-22 03:23:02
indeed. lots depend on opponent tactic.
