To be more precise, the head coach ALWAYS needs unearthly on the skill that you are training. And depending of what salary you can afford, also as much extra skills as possible for extra skill pops. In your case, besides unearthly 'keeper', the extra skills for GK training should be 'pace' and 'passing' (and smart is also to have high 'stamina').
So the best GK head coach is this:
unearthly [16] of stamina, unearthly [16] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace, xxxxxxxx of defender
xxxxxxxx of technique, xxxxxxxx of playmaker
unearthly [16] of passing xxxxxxxx of striker
For an assistant only the general skill and salary is important, and the salary must be as less as possible.
And these are about the lowest salaries known for assistants:
7. good - 1 500 €
8. solid - 2 270 €
9. very good - 3 400 €
10. excellent - 5 230 €
11. formidable - 8 000 €
12. outstanding - 11 475 €
13. incredible - 17 700 €
14. brilliant - 24 545 €
15. magical - 34 000 €
16. unearthly - 53 600 €

Hope for a weak tactic of the opponnent and make self the best tactic :)
watch match and if losing crash server so matches have to be replayed, and hope in second match u get a win.
