A lot, they will be tired very fast and will perform a lot worse and won't be able to keep up with the ATTs of your opponent.

Stamina training goes fast, so in a couple of weeks it will look much better :)

And if you make sure your head coach always have at least outstanding [12] or even incredible [13]/brilliant [14] of stamina, you will notice many players will get extra skill pops on stamina while training your main skill(s) and stamina trainings will be needed much less, and also stamina of all players will stay longer on a reasonable level so even less stamina training is needed.

it's a good idea to have a headcoach with such levels indeed because it'll keep the levels of stamina at good levels and you'll get some randoms on stamina from time to time. however if you're used to playing with a young squad you better also train them directly from time to time to reach those levels fast enough.
many train it in the midseason since it trains every player in your squad, even those who don't play. only the players who played also get general training though.

direkt stamina training is always 0-2 pop in any week, 0 being the exception so you'll probably have acceptable levels for your whole team in about 5-7 weeks even if you started from a team with next to none stamina skills.

In my tactic the winger position is vital .Is it allowed to replace all substitutes(all of them from a-team) in that position ?

I know that in reality at least a substituion insted of other substitute is possible. But here in sokker? Did anyone try?

one guy from Bosnia asked me which skills are training faster except stamina

so is it true that greg somewhere wrote that all skills (except pace and stamina) have the same training "speed" ?... or passing and technique are training faster than striking, play, def and keeper

maybe a year ago here was an answer on this question but i forgot xD

also one more question... when you train passing at def order.. players who played as MIDs will get ~50% of that training or its pass training at mid order and players who played as DEFs will get ~50% of that training
