I´d imagine this scenario (with fictive numbers) can explain: there was 30% chance to shoot on the long freekick and 70% chance to shoot on the short freekick. So it was the dice roll that made the decision from some %´s of chances.

I need a good review from a manager about how much is better playing with 2 strikers. can someone share the experience ? is it worth paying 2x more money for second chances like 2 similar attackers ?

...because the rest of your team is crap. you cant rely on one player

The rest of his team is not that bad, but the strikers has only had 11 shots in the entire season so far...he didn't manage to score a goal with magical striker. The odds on that are not too high, but still within limits of what should be acceptable. Just wait a while, figure out how he can create more chances by playing around with your tactics, and you should be fine.

Team doesn't look so bad but i don't like the tactics. mid placement is odd.

i know...the fact is that i got some good wings with not enough playmaking to play in line.i train strikers so i have to se 3 strikers with 2 wings.
the only one real midfielder has a lot of defense and passing.very useful but he can be better and now it's getting old.

Is it possible to get some orientation how talent is proportional to pops. like if i have talent 4 how my player should pop on pace ? any examples ?
