Could someone give me a detailed info about second training ? the training which is bigger than general but lower than first.I heard its 50%, right ? when players get it?
That depends. If you train striker for ATT then your MID-players train striker with 50% efficiency. However for all (?) other positions the percentage is lower. Some manager say it is around 20% (for example if you train defender for DEF, then your MIDs receive 20% defender training).
An exception is goalkeeper, because it is not trained by outfield-players.

Thanks.I thought nobody would answer that :) The question is: why 5-5-0 when training tech is so useful. how much defs get ? cause order would be MID.Also what about passing for mid ?

Doesn't have a thing to do with DEF's. You can train 2x 5 players on technique and this skill is most important for ATT's and MID-wings so these players need to get MID order when training technique if someone wants to train the most players on technique who needs this skill.
Also what about passing for mid ?
Passing is a MID skill so that needs to be trained by 2x 5 MID's in a 3-5-2 and/or 4-5-1 line-up. All other players get less training as the MID's, like MatzeG explained.

Ok thanks got it.So when training pass to mids all others get that second training? 20% or so?
Yep :) Don't know if it's 20%, but all other players receive that less extra training.
To make the info complete (also in topic max training in Forum Newbie Questions):
This '20%' counts for all these skill trainings:
defender (most impotant for DEF's max 2x 5 players, line-up 5-4-1 and/or 5-3-2)
playmaker and passing (most impotant for MID's max 2x 5 players, line-up 3-5-2 and/or 4-5-1)
technique (most impotant for ATT's and MID-wings max 2x 5 players, line-up 5-5-0)
When training striker it's a bit different: the 2x 3 ATT's benefits the most, MID's get less extra training, DEF's even less and GK's almost nothing, so best is to play with line-up 2-5-3 (or else 3-4-3).
Training pace: all players train this skill who played a match, max 2x 11 players if you want to train this skill most efficient.
Training stamina: all players train this skill, doesn't matter if they played a match or not.
Training keeper: only the 2x 1 GK's train this skill.

if one wants to give tech to 2 strikers and 3 mids and have 5 defs behind them, there can indeed be played 5-5-0... and the same counts for passing if you wish to give that for some strikers.... saying you have to play 3-5-2 or 4-5-1 is not correct... :) and for the def part... i train def on a 2-5-3 order tactic where one striker is with MID order, and a midfielder and wing with ATT order...
It really depends on who your training on.. :)

I think it isn't smart to train passing for ATT's as the MID's really need this skill, so 3-5-2 and 4-5-1 are the best line-ups for the MID training playmaker and passing.
And for DEF training the same, the skill defender is absolutely most important for DEF's so training defender for MID's is probably only to make players more complete, but I think that's also a waste of training. I think is't better to buy future MID's that already have higher defender and train playmaker and passing myself.

hmm you estimate passive training at 20%?
and GT is farily certainly known as ~10-20% (most say 1/8th)
imo passive training varies hugely depending on what you are training and for what position. i think for keepers when you are training e.g defenders, they get like 40-50% passive training (similar amount MID's when training ATT in striker)
i have not trained enough other skills to notice major things. you need longterm training to prove stuff really... usually ~1+ seasons on an individual skill type.. and its hard to do that if you want some balance to players, or plan on sales of players who you know need maybe 1 more training in something else first for a pop and +500k price in sale :)
I do know with a large degree of certainty that PM = passing in terms of training time.

Can you rephrase this "I do know with a large degree of certainty that PM = passing in terms of training time." ?
I don't think it's 20% ;) MatzeG was talking about this number. But it is less or else all my players should have way more defender skill :P
He means both trainingtypes give the same results in main training and extra (passive) training.

afaik training data have proved that general training is exactly 10%, and I thought that passive training usually is 25%, with some exceptions like striker training.
Ask Ganzengeile for passive training data, it was him who made some accurate calculations some years ago :)
