afaik training data have proved that general training is exactly 10%, and I thought that passive training usually is 25%, with some exceptions like striker training.

Ask Ganzengeile for passive training data, it was him who made some accurate calculations some years ago :)

what i mean is this. General training of PM and passing took exactly the same amount of time for both to pop. my conclusion is that both skills are equal in training time

No, only new managers have a limit for the first couple of days. They can send 50 a day if I remember correctly.

there is a limit. 200-300 afaik.

Oh, then there must be a really high limit as I ones have send all Dutch managers a mail and didn't reach the limit.

nin had it when he was arranging the champions league cup before it was actually made into a cup here (i think he had 256-512 teams in it or something crazy and had to mail them all, plus probably getting NTDB updates also at the time and whatever

either way its hard to hit the limit indeed. and its per day too i think.

why my team playing in different kit?

Not my normal kit or my away kit which is black and blue?

maybe because the 2 kits are almost the same with the opponent.

the only time i reached the limit was when i started updating more than 400 players of our NTdatabase in a few days :)

There is a thingy in junior page where you push some kind of button and junior talent is shown.I don't know if its a osokker feature or plus but the question is: is it any useful? It counts something like SO, right? Is it better or worse? Cause compared SO to this thingy numbers are quite similiar but not the same.

theres always different ways to do the estimation.
i think sokker organiser was before the talent change, so it didnt count from the very first skill level but rather started from the moment after the last skill increase. (so if say the youth was 6-6-7-5-8-9-8-7-9-8-8-9 sokker organiser just considers it from the 3rd week where he had just popped to 7)
also sokker organiser i think doesnt use linear regression, whereas if its osokker i think blue used it.

just my 2c. i dont actually know man, i dont have plus to see what feature you are looking at.
