mate in lot of topics the say the reazon ,so if i open again the same topic they are going to ban me but because they didn't inform me first.

They are not obliged to give a reason.
In some occasions they will do so, out of good will.
But this doesn't mean you can demand explanation from them.

Yes they are ,if i don't brake rules why the closed the topic ? A yes we can't say that they get agry ,ofcourse admins never make mistakes ....

Im having a bit of a technical problem with one of the new additions.. i can't see my field.. inside the stadium box it has the adobe download link... I have the update.. and i can see other teams fields.. just not mine.. any ideas how i can resolve this technical issue.. or who/where i should be inquiring..
