The recovery rate depends on weather, maintenance and the difference of pitch condition to its maximum level. Therefore the recovery rate varies significantly. I noticed 0% recovery on very bad weather conditions or even -1% but also up to +8% on the first update after a home game.

My pitch condition is 100%, but my pitch maintenance 0%, how can this affect me?
2012-06-23 09:56:13
Not much I guess. Your pitch might get slightly worse on terrible weather conditions and will not go up to 100% quickly again, but I think you could maintain a close to 100% condition untill your next homegame. I would wait with investing in maintenance untill then. Save some money :)

Somebody knows if a good pitch, having a logo, or something, is a determining factor to choose which team is the local one in junior matches?

Because this season my team is playing ALL of them at home. Three have been already played, and next Tuesday I will play at home again!

Is there no 'balancing function' at all which can equilibrate when a junior team has to play home and away? I think my grass has also right to 'rest' sometimes :S

no the odds are 50%
in your case 0.5^4=0.0625
so a chance of 6.25% of happening, you should start playing roulette.
