QUESTION: I have 33 334 $ more that i would like to spend roughly each week, and i will probably spend it on assistants, how would i go about doing so? For example;

- should i buy one coach with a better skill
- should i buy several coaches but with lower skills

which would work best?

No Assistants
No Juniors

With juniors you also have extra costs of the junior school and you need about one season to get juniors out that are good to sell. But that may be different as you are from a small country wales.

For juniors you need a trainer at least outstanding.

So first I would get 3 assistants around excellent, that should push your training results.
First have a look what the price range for these coaches is. If you have 3 assistants you can see if you have money left for a junior school + coach.

I just had a quick look:

you get excellent coaches for 7.500 +

outstanding for 15.000 +

so you could go for 2 assistants excellent

and one junior coach outstanding that is if you like a little gamble, a 16-18 year old from wales with a good talent should give you some bucks.

otherwise go for 3 assistants.

you are wasting money on that head coach without assistants. you can get 3x formiddables for the money you mentioned.. even then he is an awesome head coach.. good longterm but almost a waste a tthe moment because he isnt doing much until you get incredible or so assistants probably...

upgrade assistants anyways to 3x excellent/formiddable and see how thigns go.
and when you say roughtly 33 334 $ I assume you are basing that on gate income also.
i make ~200 000 $ loss on weeks i dont play games but it kind of balances out on other week

well in the last two weeks my sponsor has decreased by 10k (not sure why) so at the moment i am roughly 20k out of pocket at the start of the week. And as i play bots more than half the season, it is rare that i make more than £90k in tickets, so i could probably go upto around 35k but it depends if my sponsors decides to buckle up this week

I would buy 3 assistants, and if some money is left to pay the wage of a junior coach also a junior coach, but first 3 assistants.

how old an assistant/coach will still coaching? because i have this one:

On this moment there is no max age. Maybe it will be implemented someday, but for now you are safe.
