don't forget to raise your ticket prices a bit when your stadium is almost or always full each time you have a home game specially when your fan mood is high and you have a big opponents ;)

for a new club, to raise the ticket prices step by step is more safer for the clubs finances than to build a new stand. only when your finances is secured (read: you have lot of money), you may start thinking to build a new stand.

If I wanna change one player position with another, I must install one option or two?
Example: I wanna change player which play at number 7 with player which play at number 9 after half of match. What settings should I install?

You only need one conditional order:

player 7 on position 9

then automatically also player 9 will go on position 7.

Because Plus give managers some extra options which are not match related, and associations is such an option :)

I always thought Plus users can set up associations and everybody could be member of it... ;-)

As far as i remember, it started that way. But without any notice it is changed.

News
We are about to introduce a new feature, "Associations". You can found and join associations for any subject you are interested in. For example an association about basketball where you can let everybody join who shares this interest.

Associations will have either an open or closed forum which is moderated by the founder, or any member appointed by the founder. As founder you will be able to accept members, create logos, publish articles and give power to selected members. Only association members will have access to the private forums. Sokker-staff will not have access to private associations (unless accepted), so the founder of the association is responsible that the content of the forum follows the general Sokker rules.

There will also be associations for the national teams that can be used for displaying latest news, lists of scouts, trainers and assistants and whatever information the national team coach likes to publish.

The feature will be available for plus users only.

I play in league III of Greece (5 leagues in total). I have a magical (15) head coach and 3 asssistants , 2 incredible(13) and one brilliant (12)and i have no youth academy so far. I dont want to increase my weekly expenses.
So my question is , should i fire the three assistants , hire 3 cheepers ( excellent maybe ) and hire a brilliant coach ( with the saved money) to start a youth academy or no ? Is it worth the investment or it will damage my random pop ups and so the quality of my first team , what do you think ?

I wouldn't downgrade the assistants. Noone can guarantee that the youth school turns out profitable, although I suppose for most teams it does. If you want to keep your financial balance, you probably have to wait for more income, e.g. by promotion.

Don't know what the assistants wages are :) If the wages are to high you could get some money back by hiring assistants with the same general appraisals but less wages, and use that money to hire a junior coach.

Incredible assistants should not have wages higher as ±21 000 $ and brilliant assistant not more as ±29 000 $.

But a junior coach doesn't have to be that expensive to start with, an outstanding junior coach would be fine, with a wage not higher as ±15 000 $. And add 6 free junior places in junior school to it, the total will be ±21 000 $. I have no idea how much money you can spend, but this is what a junior school will cost you.

I would start with youth academy. I have no idea about your financial status, but move one (brilliant) of these assistants to work with junior school. And pull/buy excellent assistant instead of him. It won`t take lot of money. Second option if you have financial problems. Brilliant assistant goes to junior school. Sack two incredibles and take 3 formidables instead. I am 100% sure you won`t see any changes in training.
