I would start with youth academy. I have no idea about your financial status, but move one (brilliant) of these assistants to work with junior school. And pull/buy excellent assistant instead of him. It won`t take lot of money. Second option if you have financial problems. Brilliant assistant goes to junior school. Sack two incredibles and take 3 formidables instead. I am 100% sure you won`t see any changes in training.

ALso good idea indeed to make the brilliant assistant the junior coach and get another cheaper assistant :)

Thansk for the ideas. I see you all think a brilliant coach is a good coach for youth academy and 3 formidable or outstanding assistants are good for my team. Am i right ? If this is the case then i could start a youth academy. Thans friends.

Nodas. Depends on your finance. If you already have problems, then you need to cut somewhere. If not, then moving brilliant coach a getting third bit weaker assistant might do a trick. Honestly I think 3x formidable assistants are good enough for your team. Imo assistants are overrated. It´s your decision how much you wish/can spend. Just do some calculations before you do anything and avoid banktrupcy.

I would not fire your 2 incredible assistants if their wages are ok (max 21 000 $). The third assistant could be formidable or excellent if you don't have to much to spend, for example an assistant like this (lowest wage possible for an assistant would be best):

- Transferlist excellent assistants
- Transferlist formidable assistants

I wonder why I've got all main Eesti forums added to my list.

I forgot to tell you my friend that i am OK with the current wages of my assistants, they are rather small. But i like your idea of replacing one assistant with an excellent one , this gives me the money i need to open the academy. The question is , do i need an incredible coach for the academy or a brilliant one ?

And keep an eye on the wages of the 2 I posted. I noticed yesterday you can only buy high wage excellent and then it would be better to buy low wage formidable who has only 1 000 $ more wage each week.

A last thing to get good juniors, these are the skill levels of juniors to keep in your junior school, reject all others, but wait with rejecting juniors till next Thursday after the training update (important: the more weeks juniors have to go in your junior school, the better it is!):
16y: minimal skill level 'weak', number of weeks to go in junior school is unimportant ('poor' also ok)
17y: minimal skill level 'adequate', and 15+ weeks to go in junior school

And maybe also these juniors, but they will be 19 and 20 when they leave junior school so they have to be very special to be worth something:
18y: minimal skill level 'good', and 15+ weeks to go in junior school
