hey guys. hope you are doing all fine.
i am planning my training for the next seasons and i do have some problems with it...
here are the following questions:
1) is a player going to pop to level 16 by the age of 27in striker and technique?;
2) for 19yo is a pop in pace from 10-11 within 5 weeks of friendlies and 11-12 within 6 weeks of friendlies a reasonable talent? knowing as well that the same player by the age of 20 receives technique poping from 10-11 within 4 weeks and from 11-12 within 5 weeks of friendlies;
3) with 19 yo is it nice to pop in pace from 11-12 within 5 weeks of friendlies and 6 of general trainings?
4) for selling good strikers (eg: 13x3 with 21yo; or 15x3 with 23yo) what is the best time? like before or after the start of the new season?

1. Not worth training anymore at that age. It's fine if you train trainees and he also get training, but don't focus on that player. And try to train technique with MIDs as you can train 10 players a week that way, instead of 6 ATTs. Ofcourse you can put ATTs on their own positions but give them a MID order.

2. and 3. as far as I know that's a reasonable talent

4. at the beginning of the season everyone get their extra money so they have more money to spend. I think that's the best time to sell.

the 27yo player has +5 in strike and +28 GT...i idea would be to keep him until this pop for getting some nice extra cash. any worth?

I wrongly put 2 players on TL and they have been bid! Can I retract them???! Someone pls help!

your friend can make very big bid.... so nobody will overbid him...then you dont send him player and he can not accept player, you both will pay after week 5% fee but player will then go back from transfer :-)

During the training session the players were a bit absent-minded. They will not receive training this week..

You used too many players with the same order (here MID-order) in one match. The players didn't receive training effect for that match.

You can only use tactics with max 5 DEFs, 5 MIDs and 3 ATTs, so you should have used a 5-5-0, a 4-5-1, a 3-5-2 or a 2-5-3 tactic to play with the maximum number of MIDs, now you have used a 3-7-0 tactic and that's not allowed.
