Why would you train defenders with MID order with 433? That doesn't make any sence. Just simply train technique to those remaining 2 MIDs ( plus 1 older defMID with DEF order). Otherwise you would have to play your 3 MIDs with DEF orders..

I need some advice :)

I would say those 3 ATTs with MID order and 2 young wing-MIDs that already have high playmaker, pace and passing.

Max 3 assistants, these are absolutely good enough if you can afford this (or else open link at the bottom of the post to find more links to cheaper assistants) :)

The problem is that I need to win.

My strikers have high striker [magical-divine-divine] + ~formidable pace and technique

therefore they need good passes to score

if I choose to train 2 midfielders, they will be probably low class

of course I can buy high quality young mids, but:

1. it's hard to find such players without technique
2. will I make money on them? I don't think so...

Well, if you can find young wing-MIDs with lower technique and pace they could give you some nice profits after training these 2 skills (as your forwards probably also need some more pace). But if you can't find this kind of MIDs, then you have to do something else and then I'm not sure what is the best thing to do. But I'm not sure wing-DEFs with high technique will give you that much profits.

Well I have 2 ideas for the moment

I buy very young mids - 21yo at most
I train their technique to ~brilliant while training my strikers
then I train their pace to superdivine along with strikers

= I have two 2x superdivine defenders with high technique and 3 strikers for my top class team

2nd approach: I train them a bit in technique and try to sell them with profit

I just don't want to waste the 2 training spots....

checked the tl - I've set reqs to formidable pace, incredible pm&pass = only 1 player, 10m euro...

Yeh I know :) Well trained young MIDs with only one skill missing are expensive, specially when the 3 main skills are already trained.

It's a difficult choice in your case.

Well that's always the dilemma, profit or performance..you have to decide for yourself, either buy younger MIDs for tech training for profit, or buy older ones (25-26) and you'll make lower profit or at least you won't loose value, but your team will be stronger..
Anyway training defenders with MID order and playing MIDs with DEF order makes the least sence to me in this case..

I suggest you to buy older MIDs (25-26), because as you said training just technique to young MIDs won't give you big profit anyway, plus those players are harder to find..

When I get a WO at home, then will my pitch condition get lower?

Maybe ;) It was reported on test server as a bug a while ago, when one team had a worse pitch after a WO at home. Don't know if it is solved, but haven't read of any other cases since then.

Since sokker has become a ping-pong game, when i train tech for my strikers, i completely sacrifice my midfield. Three strikers up front, two strikers in wings, a defensive midfielder and four defenders. Its a shitty training, im doing it right now :(

Regardless of how you're positioning them, if you meet a decent oponent, your chances to win are extremely low, those bastards wont score with MID order :)

I've played my strikers with MID order the whole last season and haven't noticed any difference in their performance at all. I think the difference between ATT (since they pass more now) and MID orders for strikers are much smaller now than in the old ME..

Well it might be better in my case since two of my strikers have very high secondaries [excellen pm - outstanding pass//excellent pm-formidable pass] so they can play as low/side strikers

still I have no idea what to do with this training...I'm considering not training 2 players in league - thanks to that I can win the league, which can give me more money than training [high morale = more people buys tickets to games etc.]

I hope you're right, i've just started my tech training with the new ME, with the old one, it was a disaster.
