Always and without exception if you are serious about training..

It's always more effective to have 3 assistants than 2, there is NEVER a situation when 2 assistants are the better option, whatever 2 assistants you have you can get 3 that will be cheaper and overall more effective.. for example 2x magical assistants are just as effective as 3x excelent but could be 2-3 times more expensive)

Should the assistant coach be as good as the main one or?

Yes, if you have the income to afford it. Be carefull with the coaches' salary though..Most experienced managers have at least briliant assistants. Keep in mind that for assistants only the general appraisal (overall skill) is important..

So if you are focus on defense training you should go for the general appraisal and not really for their defense skill?

Does this apply also to the Junior Coach?

Only your head coach MUST have defense skill unearthly, if you train defense. (If you train pace, than again he must have unearthly pace). All his other skills are good for random pop ups (and defenders need all other skills except striker)
Assistants ONLY need general appraisal, their individual skills are irrelevant.
Same thing as for assistants applies for junior coach, only the general appraisal mathers..

Why was Sokker down for so long time?

Now (at least for me) users profile pics and logos are gone, also country flags. Whats going on?

We have some problems with servers, after our proxy server hang over and restart, graphics server went slow and had to be restarted too, unfortunatelly stilll doesn't started. So that's why are problems with graphics on photos and logos and viewer.

Transfers are moved till 10:07 cet tomorrow.

When does a BOT team, who have 0 players, get new ones? Fe I have a team called FC Silent Rats in my league, who became BOT today - on Sunday I got a 5:0 WO from him, but if he gets now new payers, then it is unfair, because my opponents get a way better goal difference then...
