Hey,
I'm training young defenders atm (under 18) in pace for a few weeks and then defender. I'm wondering if secondary skills such as playmaker or technique are really important for defenders if we want to make a decent profit when selling a player after a few pops.
Coz as you know it's pretty tough at the beginning to buy players with good secondaries...
Do you reckon buying players with decent pace and defender skills (and not worry too much about secondaries) is enough at the beginning?

Ideally, you buy players or, better yet promote youth players, with talent for training. When you train pace you can see who has the best talent.
Ideally, you have magical and unearthly coaches who train sideskills well.
Talented players under 18 years of age with great coaching will improve quickly in all sideskills.
And, yes those players will sell very well, for a good premium over players with only defending and pace. I only buy players with good sideskills...passing, playmaking and technique are very important for top quality defenders.

And as 1 also wrote, train pace for a longer time. This way you can find your talented players and next season train defender with these talented players. Use one or more tools, like Sokker Organizer, to keep track of your players (links to tools can also be found in the tutorial).

Well I'm not sure what exactly you want to know. Moderators are responsible for anything that goes around forums, making sure everything goes according to sokker-forum-rules. Admins more or less check, that everony plays according to the general sokker rules, by checking overpriced transfers, multi-accounts and so on. Both could have linguist/translating jobs.
