Seems to be bugged. I've put in on testserver, didn't see it there yet.

my headcoach is brilliant, i have chose him because he has the 3 striker skills at unearthly level. and 3 solid assistants.

am i doing this wrong?

PS: i am quite confused with the best way of having headcoaches and assistants

You are doing it right. Your head coach is ok for striker skills training. You can now switch trainings between the skills and you will receive more general training (side training, rpp) in those skills.

Get whatever 3 assistants you can affort (as we said before their individual skills don't matter)..just be carefull with their wages..
