is it better to have a brilliant assistant or headcoach?

That's not enough information to give you satisfying answer..it depends on their wages, your training and the head coach's individual skills, his main skill is irrelevant..

i have currently a brilliant headcoach(with the three striker skills in unearthly), and 3 very good assitants...and i wonder if i shoud buy more high levels assistants or swap with my headcoach for maximising my weekly training

my question was badly exposed. so here it goes again.

I have a brilliant headcoach with the three main striker skills (+stamina) at unearthly level, I did so as I thought that I could be maximise my training. What I am thinking of doing is to pass this brilliant headcoach to assistant and to get a headcoach with only the training skills at unearthly level. Is this a positive change for training concerns or not really?

keep him as headcoach for general training and stamina effect

Keep him as head coach and just get better assistants. I'm sure after 5 years of playing you can afford better than 3x VG..

Upgrade assistants too, for example, 3x incredible [13] with each a max wage of ± 22 500 $, if financially possible :)

It is financially possible but do you see any major advantage for training in doing that?

You now have 3x9 and this would become 3x13, so yes it will have a possitive effect. Don't really know if it's worth the money although I expect it does :). But these are the assistants I also have, and I won't get any better assistants as I don't think 14+ will give that more extra in training compared to the money spend on those 14+ assistants.

Hi, could someone please share some decent (classic) 442 tactics? (It is meant for one new user)

I have a question. Is stamina included in the total skill of a junior when pulled out?

eg., a junior came out YS with level 13( which means 39 total) and he has poor [3] stamina. So the total remaining number of his other skill he is 36, right?

yes, stamina is included. and some research has shown that 1 stamina skill takes more than 1 skillpoint from total.
