Thank you. Thank you both. I'm going to bring him into my team now:-)
Edited: What if I let him play today's match? Full training? ( 2 matches per week with same order)

i wouldn't do that, it's not worth it.
he played already with Mid order, and you set 5 mids on sunday, 5 mids today, now you can train 11 Mid players instead of 10.

i had wondered about that question already also.
anyways you will get the training benefit, so dw about that

Well, after thinking carefully, I decided to not do it. As you said, 11 is bigger than 10, and also more profitable ;)
Thank you all for helped me a lot!

Hello it's me again.
Someold was told me that if a player who a player played in two different positions during the week, he would get less training at all.( eg: Set playmaker training for MIDs, he playing as ATT for Sunday match, then MID for Wednesday match. the sum training of playmaker he got is less than player who played one( or 2) match during the week in MID order only.
Is it true?

Is it true?
example: Training playmaker (MID)
1) Sun: ATT, Wed: MID --> Player gets ONLY training for playing in friendly as MID, no training from sunday match
2) Sun: MID, Wed: ATT --> Player gets ONLY training as ATT from friendly, no training from sunday match
3) Sun: -, Wed: MID --> Same training as 1)
4) Sun: MID, Wed: - --> Player gets training as MID as playing in league match as MID, so he gets a bit more training than 1) or 3)
5) Sun: MID, Wed: MID --> Player gets training as MID as playing in league match AND friendly as MID, so he gets the most training effect possible for non-NT players.

Well, it is correct for all remaining skills, I guess. ( In my case, I'm training tech)
So that is not true, I'm just afraid if it is true, my players will randomly lose % of training. Now I can safely do that.
Thank you.

Can I arrange my U21 home matches in a foreign stadium?
Hey everyone,
quick question, can you change positions on the pitch during game? I tried to swap positions of two players that were on the pitch but it didn't happen, any ideas?
Help will be very appreciated
cheers,
cemeg

Yes, you can. For example:
"minute 45, player 9 on position 10"
switches positions 9 and 10. Maybe you additionally used "player 10 on position 9", but then those two conditions cancel each other out. The text in the conditional orders menu is not very good, it should say "player 9 switch position with player 10" or something like that.

If a U21 or NT coach changes, then does the new boss see those players, who were in the watching list of the old head coach?
