One extra note.

The orders have impact on the player. with the same players on the pitch, but with different orders they will play different.

I was strikertrainer when i started this game. I hated the 5-5-0 because my strikers did try to score much less. they run to the goal and then pass back to another player :)
So it is much more difficult to score goals with 5-5-0

so, what's the better option/formation if we want to train technique for our players then, regarding to that experience of yours with no ATT order? 3-5-2 and 4-5-1?

and the position order for the training is for MIDs then? if that so, the next bigger training portion will go for DEF or ATT?

Hello. I am looking for some advice on how to make the most money from trading. The starting capital is EUR 40 million. Currently no players and no coaches, no plan to play competitively in the foreseeable future, just making money. By the way, in the last 4 months I earned more than EUR 5 million doing nothing (just from tickets and sponsors).
If anyone has some good ideas, please send me a PM;)

i use 3-5-2 but with 4-4-2 formation.
one defender has mid order. but i pick one with high pm and tech, defenders dont get tackled much, higher pm on a side defender, no wingers have high defender level. not many strikers etiher.
its usually not much problem. but i do see problems vs better teams sure.

4-5-1 seems an ok option to me

Hello,i have one question.what's the relation between age and training efficiency, for example i'm training my team on playmaking and i have two players, one 18 years old another 21years old.How much gap between them?thanks.

hmm.. i see. thanks kenyard!

another question,
is it just my observation so far or is in sokker every time a player fouled and injured their opponent (badly injured or not) they never get a card. but for what is look as a simple foul, they will get a yellow and/or even a red card??

in RL when a player fouled and injured their opponent, in most occasion they will get a card either it's yellow or red according to the situation.

Its random.

My main def got 30 days today and the foul maker got only a yellow card. BUT there are many occasions, when the so called bad boys receive no cards at all...

depends on the skill in question. germans have a nice bit of statistics built up

so difference in your case is 1.41 / 1.13 x 100 = 125% so he takes 25% more time meaning for the 18 year old taking 4 weeks to pop a level. he would take 5 weeks to pop to the same level in same skill

EDIT: mauser if you read this awesome work mate. really awesome. i hafnt read that for a while now but thats some great stats you put together there

daytrading...buy players, train them and hope they will pop in the nearest future...and then transferlist them

daytrading

That's how you can do it :S

Another way is to buy the best talented young players (with proof of talent ofcourse) and use the best headcoach for a certain training program like MID for example and assistants to train them to become national star players (or near future national star players) in a couple of seasons and then sell them for a lot of money. That's being a real manager :)
