Ye. Actually we was have in our rules same number.

I mean 33% for NT, 95% for Official(League and cup), 90% for friendly.

But we have now 50% for NT, and for another matches just words. It s interesting :)

Hello,
Can you tell me the importance of the assistants coaches in the training?
I have one principal coach with all almost unearthly skills, and I want to know if it worth to have 2 assistants, and what should i buy.
What´s the diference, with or without assistants? Can you give examples?

Most people claim three assistants are better then two at same wage..... like 3 coaches with wage 30 k euro is better then two with wage 45 k euro

And the reason for that is that 3 assistants with same wage have more trainerpoints (sumskill of all 3 together) then 2 with that wage.

And yes, it has a great influence. But i have no numbers on this moment to prove it. But you'll see soon after you've got them :)

I guide a team that has go from 3*9/10 to 3*14 a couple of weeks ago. I get info from him every week so within around a season i can show you examples ;)

2+11 GT to 7 Tech with 3*9/10 assistants (popped on a not trainingweek)

2+3 to 8 tech with 3*14 assistants
2+0 to 9 tech

guys, i want to know.
in tactical orders if we insert the minutes colons with 1' and the order is "when losing by at most 2 goals" is that mean that the process will happen at that precise minute or that the process will check throughout the match from the very first minute and will be executed whenever the team is losing by 2 goals?

It will look to the minute.

there are 3 options you can use the first minute for:

* player has yellow card
* red card or no player
* player is slightly injured

so that's mean if i put the command like that, it's gonna executed right from the exact minute?
i thought it's gonna be check and will be executed whenever the condition meet, like yellow/red card situation.

Who can dive an answer for how much get training player if they 2 match per week + match for NT

the same training as 1 match + NT.

the max is 100%, and that will be reached with 2 matches of 90 minutes.

it can't be contrary to the rules

rules:

The differences in training effectiveness resulting from player’s appearances during the week are small. A player who played in one friendly only, will have only slightly less effective training than the one from the first team line-up. The difference is even smaller for a player that played in two games instead of just one.

O - official march
F - friendly match
NT - NT match
/ - half of match


if player play 2 official matches then we get 100% train.
If
O =85%
F= 75%
NT45%
O+O =85.0+85.0= 100%!!!
O+F = 85.0+75.0 ~98%
Can we calculate somehow how much player get training if he play:

/O+/F =42.5%+37.5%=~80%
O+/O=85%+42.5%=
O+/F= 85%+37.5%=
/O+F =42.5%+75%=
etc
O+NT =
O+/NT =

End now, very important if player plays

O + F = ~95-98% - no ones knows exactly, at least I didnt see any info
