I don't understand this. I have a 18 year old player who popped 2 to very good(9) passing but he did not popped with 4 trainings to excellent(10) pace playing friendlies. How can that be? For example you take official match 95% of the training so for very good passing he needed 190% and you take 4 friendlies lets say 75% each so that is 300%. It was enough for him to pop to 9 passing with 190% but not enough to pop to 10 pace with 300% ?

oh wait 2 of those 4 matches were official so 190% against 340%....

Passing trains fastest, pace slowest.

I would imagine pace trains slower maybe around 25-30% than other and passing around 40% faster than pace but not 100% faster.

you have to take decimal points into consideration, he might have been high solid before poping to VG passing and low VG before excelent pace..I bet he will now pop 3 to excelent passing and 4 to formidable pace. He is probably very close (few GT) to 10 pace anyway..

yea thats the only explanation. very low pace subskill and very high passing subskill before vg pop. the problem is that makes him not talented.

So, I've read through numerous threads on 'Juniors' on the Sokker International forum and also about 24 pages of the main thread regarding the change to Junior training/matches back in 2009. My question is regarding your coach's evaluating your juniors when they play in junior matches. Seems self explanatory, but if a junior plays 45 minutes in a match, is the coach going to show less accurately a juniors skills versus a junior that plays 90 minutes in the same match?

I have a question guys. How do you calculate junior level by skill pts? i had a text with evaluations but it was inaccurate and not many youngsters were calculated. there is a simple system, right?

skill points is the number that is last in the list, the 11-18 is range that they can be.

there is another formula which is take sum of skills and divide by 3.2 or something which seems reasonably accurate looking at these
