maintenance expenses i guess but its not translated right.

it happens yes... i had player who at 35 fell two weeks in row....

but then how come that his other two skills on a similar level(approx 16) were down before 16 and 20 weeks, and not again. drop from 17 to 16 was his last drop in all skills and it happened again in the same skill. is it pure random?

yup, pure random. i had a drop in 11 week from 16 to 14 on the age of 31 and when i sold him when he was 34 or 35 he still had 14 pace.

not pure random, the odds of dropping is increased in age, but yes, otherwise random...

i just opened my youth school and have an outstanding youth coach. i was wondering if its worth the doubled wage to invest in a brilliant coach or if an outstanding one is good enough for now?

depends your economy....

if i invest in a brilliant coach, i will be losing no money each week, but i'll also not make any profits except when i have a home match.

do players that play a match get better stamina training ?

no, (active) stamina training is the only training that doesn't depend on playing time. it depends only on the coaches and their skills/levels.

edit completes: when you train something else and your coach has a high stamina level, you get more passive training throug playing time
