You obviously do not get my point. I was at that situation I was the seller and I had no attempt to cheat but some random person who want to quit just go on the market and made ridiculous bid just for fun. After that, I get transfer adjustment and that's it. No big deal! So, I'm just telling you not everybody in this situation is cheating. You should at least be sure when you call someone a cheater or you can just go to the transfer page and report it. The facts that he's a polish or a NT coach have nothing to do with it, you are just being biased.

This is no big deal but I can't help to wonder:

Netherlands has 411 users: http://online.sokker.org/country/ID_country/12
Slovenia has 410 users: http://online.sokker.org/country/ID_country/14
But Slovenia has 5 division while Netherlands only has 4. Why?

We 'lost' a division a couple of seasons ago. I think Slovensko/Slovakia (Slovenija/Slovenia is an other country ;) ) could ask the same if they want to.

I think they were talking about it some time ago ;-)

same our country, some users from Vth division complain they are alone in their league...so we wanted to reduce Vth division to half...and DEVs didn't allow it...

For a small game as sokker, the quadruple system is not very good. A double system is better here... But discussed many times before indeed :)
