best advice for a newbie ever

Is there nowhere to post a great prospect of 21 years old for sale? he is not 2x Unerthly neither 65 rating so not in stars forum, and to old for young stars. Std Transfer forum is just for [K]
What about all those U21 players that will be sold?

its rare that people even use those types of forums as they are not automatically added to peoples subscribed lists.
i have already requested such forums. juniors (en) is full of crap i have no interest as the requirements are so low

how come my player with 9 stamina didnt pop ? i thought stamina always pops at least 1 level.

No that is not the case.
It is a bit Random. Some wil get up 2, most get up 1, but some will stay. I had once long ago a player with tragic stamina, 2 weeks stamina training... still tragic. (week after that on general training popped to 1 :) )

I have an unearthly stamina headcoach. I never train stamina anymore. On generals it is also random, it raise and it drops. But if i take all my players togetter to see what happens in general. It takes around 20-25 weeks per level.

i get 1-2 pops per season per player i have found... not as bad as yours which is strange
i just train all 10 trainees in pace in these 2 weeks

If i have to guess i would say you have better assitants, i have 3*14, and assistents help a lot on stamina.

1x 15, 2x 14 so no not really...

16,15 and 11 week pops. i have another two i checked there with 12 and 11 week pops.
most guys i have are on max and i did a huge purchasing run recently so dont have many more.
i did a check over past guys, but i dont have data beyond 25 weeks atm due to laptop wipe. it seems that i had some people 20 weeks who were up and down around the same level over those times, so it has a huge amount of random for sure, but as i said, i generally find around 1-1.5 level pops per season

1 17 weeks to 2
2 19 weeks to 9, 15 weeks to 10
3 at least (!) 25 to 5, not to 6 after 19
4 29 to 11

im wondering does age come into it.
all my low level pops are very young players 17-20. the other two then are kinda 21-25 range

According to the rules age, talent etc should not have influence... I have never find any real patern at my players. But my last real investigation of that must be years ago.

only thing iv noticed is that game time has 0 influence. i had figured age none either, but based on your comments im thinkin maybe it does...
