when you go up max mood, when you fall division it goes to the minimous

why can't I release a player from u21?
I have released plenty today . he has a red card ( I don't know if this matters )

player with red card can't be realised from NT ;-)

There is no change/reset of mood in case of promotion or relegation.

since he will be released he won't be able to play on the next match.
so what's the reason sokker don't let me release the player?

because your 21 y.o player whom got red card still have time to do his punishment.
your next match vs zhongguo still iin week 14.

he has to be in U21 squad to delete his red card..it is simple, than you can realise him...

About your question, I never heard about changing the mood of fans due to promotion or relegation ;)

The moods change to maximum/minimum after won/lost qualification game, not the promotion itself. But if you have direct promotion/relegation then your mood probably is by natural means somewhere very close max or min anyway.

If somebody buys a player that that was in the field as DEF in the weekend, and supose he train tackling for DEF's, if he didn't put him to play on thursday, will he get training? So will we get 11 players trained that week?

Do you have to play sokker for a certain amount of time before you can run for national team?

Rules say that anyone can apply for any nt but i get message saying that i am not eligible to apply

because you should be applied for another country or U21/senior. you only can apply for one NT team

I haven't applied to anyone...nor do i want to. I just wondered the reason why i am forbidden?
