it would be too easy to ask an admin to fix it back :)) naaahh im not thinking of quitting yet. we will see.
Hi, maybe my question has been asked many times before, but can anyone says me which are the percents the most accurate for the assistant(Plus user)?
Because the values i used are a little up for real ratings... i made a lot of different combinations without being close to the real values.

dont use assistant, its good in managers like hattrick, but useless in sokker
Ok thanks, by the way, having a divine grass in your stadium makes any difference in the game? I'm not talking about the maintenance of the grass. Just the fact of having the most expensive one.
better condition pitch = less chance of injury
worse condition - harder for good team to play good (ball bounce is bad etc). so if you are weak team in your league maybe its best to have poor pitch. but then you have 7 matches and maybe cup/friendly games with increased chance on injury too
also i think better grass recovers faster but im not sure of this. i just find with top pitch i dont need much maintenance if any

I see, my team is supposed to be good, but it's expensive to change to the best type of pitch, thanks ;)
It may be expensive, but it pays off in the long run. With the best lawn, you won't need any maintenance unless you play many friendlies and junior games at home.
Manager A is an NT manager with Player A in the NT team, Manager B is a club manager with Player A in the club, Manager B messages Manager A to demand that Player A is removed from the squad as he "has not received training" from not playing in the last few NT games.
What is the NT manager allowed to do in this situation?

He can ignore the demand.
Clubmanagers have nothing to say about NT. They can ask politely, but the NT manager does not have to listen.
NT managers have nothing to say about training, or playing or what ever in club.
Those 2 things are totaly separated.

well I think a standard "go fuck yourself" and then stop reading mails from manager B should do the work.
but then again it might be bit more complicated to get player updates from manager B.
and also it is a possibility, that player B is asking you to remove player A because he wants to screw you over and sack the fucker. so considering this potential threat, I would go with the first option. besides what harm does it make if a player is in NT but doesn´t play. sounds very suspicious imo

I would continue to play the player in every game & hope he picks up a 30 day injury. Then I would kick him out of the squad. :)
Look on what position he plays in his team... use another position in NT :P
Thanks guys haha, Manager B in this case was unhappy at not getting any training for the last 6 games, because he thinks he can be a "good" player, why doesn't he just train said player himself? :P
I have just bought my first 16 year old player, and was wondering what I can expect regarding the speed of the pops. How many weeks should it take to pop from unsat -> bad --> weak technique, if he has a good talent? Is it possible for him to pop for 2 weeks in a row in technique if he has a great talent?
My view:
Great talent (3-4 weeks talent) --> pop every second week
Good talent (5) --> pop every third weekend
Acceptabel talent (6) --> pop every fourth weekend
Bad talent (7+) --> pop every fifth week.
Am I in any way close or ?

From unsatisfactory to weak only 2 weekpops are acceptable imo for 16 y olds, even for starting teams... Don't waste time and money in training players who pop in 3 or more weeks until average.
Take a headcoach with unearthly on the trained skill and at least 3 assistants.
