I want to train quickly but my head coach is 14. Is that the ideal is to have 16 but only want to train once, you think I would delay much?
Head coach general skill doesnt count, his individuals skills is what counts... i.e. if he is 16 pace, then the players will get the maximum pace they can from headcoach..... so, i can see your a GK trainer... then you should be looking for trainer with high goalkeeper, pace and passing, and rest low.... that will save you wages and but still be efficient...
I think russia don't let them play european games.
Head coach should always have unearthly skill when training a skill.
EDIT: the only exception I can think of when a skill can be a bit lower as unearthly is stamina training (when you train this a few weeks). But still only if you have a head coach with unearthly skill(s) and magical stamina as extra skill, then it's fine to use him for a few weeks if you don't want to buy a new head coach for just a few weeks stamina training.

hmm maybe if switching to training for 4-5 weeks it might not be worth getting a few coach for it if brilliant/magical.
but yeah they should always be as high as possible i agree

I don't think it's smart to switch training for just 4 or 5 weeks with a brilliant/magical head coach (except for a short stamina training). Those few weeks will have almost no positive effect on team performance so it are kinda lost weeks. Better is to stick with the chosen training program and use only the unearthly skill(s) of the head coach. And if a manager do want to change the training program, get a new head coach with unearthly skill(s) :)
But that's how I think about it, others might think differently ofcourse.

how about the assistants?
After years of playing i still have the doubt if their general skill should be to high (higher wages) or not.
Everytime i read others opinions i never get convinced, about that.

The better your staff is the better the training results will be, that's how it is. But are the best assistants still worth the enormously high salaries, I don't think so. But indeed, the answers you get will depend of the managers answering that question.
I think 3x incredible/brilliant assistants is more then enough, and maybe even more important, more then enough what I want to pay for assistants (at this moment with my income and in this division).

That's normal... My trainers want 200k weekly...unearthly main coach, incredible-brilliant-magical assistants and magical youth coach. And I'm even wondering should I replace that incredible(old main coach) with magical assistant. If you have good trainees and want the best training possible then you should spend. :)
I have ± € 140.000 (that's incl magical junior coach, wage € 37.325)
And this is my brilliant head coach (I don't train ATT and GK):
wage € 35.850
unearthly [16] of stamina adequate [6] of keeper
unearthly [16] of pace unearthly [16] of defender
unearthly [16] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaker
unearthly [16] of passing brilliant [14] of striker

I want one equal Charles. Can i have yours on a loan?
tks for the tips enter (and off course Charles). Makes it difficult to get money weekly without sales or youth pulls.
But with your opinions i believe i'm doing the right thing.
