and i train strikers+wing att now.... im not so happy with his stamina level... :(

I kept an eye on the transfermarket for a couple weeks when this coach finally came.

EDIT: I live by this rule when looking for assistants/junior coach and even head coach if possible:

Salaries as close as possible to these salaries

Yeah, the stamina level is really useful, when you don't want to waste any weeks for stamina training. Have you pulled those trainers adaca and Charles or bought? Nice keeper levels, mine has unearthly level. :S

I bought mine (650K) :) I never recruit coaches/trainers, recruitment has cost me way to much money in the past. I prefer a bitwar over recruitment, even if I pay a bit to much. At least I know exactly what I get :)

That is indeed showing off ;P But with a coach like that it is allowed to do so, very nice coach!

Wow, I don't think I want to know how much that have cost you, or you must have been damn lucky :D .......... or maybe you just kept all magicals no matter what their salaries are and now overpaying a lot each week ;P

I've never bought a trainer... and only one with "bad" salary is the unearthly one.

Maybe I'm just really unlucky, but I have spend really a lot on recruitement in the past but it was always crap what I got. So I started to buy trainers and sometimes I pay a bit more and sometimes a bit less as managers who recruited the same kind of trainer.

salaries are ok, around 33-45k € for each one ;) recruiting cost me...well, I dont want to know :D

i have reached my target also. maybe would like unearthly striker headcoach but not worth 2m it would cost. some of you have awesome head coaches :)
