That's strange because I am linking images in such way showing their thumbnails on forum, so when You click on thumbnail new tab is open with full-sized image.

The way LEPunk show You its good. You must be doing something wrong or I am misunderstanding the issue.

Look at this example:

the code:
[url=http://akas.imdb.com/][img wid=200 hei=80]https://www.google.pl/images/srpr/logo11w.png[ /img][ /url]

Right, it only seems to work then when you have wid/hei inserted in the url brackets.

So i'll just use the height/width of the pictures i needed linked.

I had this order set for today's game:

Min. Condition / Action
46' losing by at most 1 goal
Dante Marcos on position 11

My aim was to take Dante Marcos on to the pitch if I was losing & only if I was only losing by one goal. I was winning 2-1 at half time yet the player still came on to the pitch. Any ideas how that happened?

You have to read to condition as "losing by one goal or doing better".

Is there some kind of tool or way to easily and globally predict ( doesn't need to be super accurate, I just need an indication) the player improvements over a couple of seasons? Thanks in advance :)

Do arcade matches affect ranking? I'm pretty sure I've dropped over 50 points after my arcade match yesterday...

yes it does. It is the only effect arcadematches have.

Ranking does only works for that.

Won't be able to do much about being ranked 8th, if I go through tonight I'm in the semi so ranking won't affect seeding at all! :P

What is better for a team in training, to have one Assistant Coach with BRILLIANT OR MAGIC general level or to have 2 or 3 Assistant Coach with from FORMIDABLE TO INCRECIBLE general level? and also if one assistant coach can has the same salary of 2 or 3 assistant coach?

For the same total salary, it's better to have 3 assistants with lower levels than 1 or 2 with high levels.

That's what I tought, and its sure if we can have 3 assistants with hight level what ever the salary, but if we don't have enought money its better to have 3 assistants and give them the same salary of only one hight level assistant..
