That's what I tought, and its sure if we can have 3 assistants with hight level what ever the salary, but if we don't have enought money its better to have 3 assistants and give them the same salary of only one hight level assistant..

If you have for example ± 30 000 $ to spend on assistants salaries, it is much better to spend it on 3x formidable assistants with a max salary of 9 000 $ for each assistant, as it is to spend the same ammount of money on only 1 brilliant assistant with a salary of 27 000 $.

Oh no, I dismiss him yesterday because I recrute new one but he was not employed for the YS and also I didn't think that its important to receive juniors with good level so I would change the principal coach as a youth coach untill employed the new coach :/

So Its matter for the YS to have coach employed to not have tragic level for juniors?

Yes. If you don't have a youth coach, nobody estimates the juniors and therefore they are all listed as tragic.

However I think you can still employ one until Thursday, so he estimates (and trains) them again, so it shouldn't harm you.

Hello... Can someone pls answer my question? I have the best team in Nigeria. I have won everything in my country for the past 4 years. I have the best and largest stadium too. I have the largest youth promoted to the NT. I have 30m on my account balance. Upon all the good things in my team, I am yet to win a match in the champions league. Peeps, pls what do u think I can do to improve the situation as I am dreaming of strenghtning my team to atleast get to the third round of champions league next season. Thanks

30 million euros or Nigerian currency? Easiest way is to buy some veteran players... even then it's not guaranteed that you will advance, because you don't know, who your opponent will be... there are 75+ teams and you're only 50 at the moment.

You dont belong in champions league and you wont win a match there, you only play at 50 rating, that wouldnt even be enough to be in top half of danmark (100 users), only reason why you win so much is that there is no competition in Nigeria... its not to be rude, but there are at least 1000 polish teams that could win easy over you....

Thanks for d critics but I will be playing in disguise dis season as I will put one eyes at d next champions league match.

you should invest all your money for training and you could challenge after few seasons.

I already doing that but I don't want to go bankcrupt as I'm monitoring my account so well. I even discover that transfer is getting outrageous on sokker. It really need to be control.
