I have played in many leagues no manager ever posted something on the leagueforum for a season, so I would never have noticed these seasons if I was playing against botteams or human controled teams. The only way I knew I was playing bots was because of the crappy 442 tactic bots always use.

So if the bots would have used randomly some better tactics, the difference with human controled teams in these leagues would really have been zero.

EDIT: and indeed loosing from current botteams sucks, but that's because today bots use terrible tactics and wrong players. If these bots become a bit better, loosing will become normal, specially for new managers. If you loose soccer matches with FIFA 14 most will understand this can happen, so why not with Sokker? We are not used to better bot teams, but I think this would make Sokker a lot more fun for bottom teams in bot leagues.

5 divisions also means much more work and time to achieve anything...

That's true, but with only 4 or even 3 divisions promotion will be very difficult because of the gap between new teams and old teams. Promotion with 5 divisions is a lot easier and I think also more fun as being stuck in a division because promotion is nearly impossible for many many seasons.

I have a problem with this game. It wants to be as close to real football as possible and even mentions FIFA in its front page.

But at the same time in this game - a walkover occurs when less than 10 players enter the field of play. I feel this is not right.

For example - from FIFA rules:
A match is played by two teams, each consisting of not more than eleven
players, one of whom is the goalkeeper. A match may not start if either team
consists of fewer than seven players.


Now, is it 10 here because of the match engine and its capabilities (can it be modified?) or is there another reason?

I never wrote that and most others either, so if you think everyone is telling you this it is possible you are suffering from a little inferiority complex.

EDIT: and looking at your individual marks and line up, it seems that the tactic you are using isn't really good anymore (I haven't watch the match, only looked at the report). Maybe this tactic did work well in the past, but the ME has been changed many times so tactic should be changed too.

I think if you let games be played with 7 or 8 players vs 11 players, the results will become to exorbitant and that's also not good/fair for leagues.

Also in Sokker it is some times. Absolutely most of the times the best team wins. But sometimes the weaker team wins, and in most of those cases it is because the weaker team is using a better tactic. And sometimes, really sometimes the weaker team wins because of 'luck'. But that is so occasionally, it's not even worth to complain about it as if it is one of the major Sokker problems. I can tell you a few real problems that need to be fixed.

There is nothing random about this, just data and a probability factor in favor of the stronger teams. So after all the managers explaining this to you it isn't random you must understand it, it is not some believe, it is fact. If you keep saying it is random, then from now on you are a big baby trolling the forum.

Corner tactic isn't breaking the number of players on the pitch rule. It looks strange and isn't realistic at all, but it doesn't break any soccer rules. And in the end Sokker is a game, not all is exactly the same as rl soccer, and it never will be because that is impossible.

If its not a sokker game and just a game, then why dont we implement rocket launchers or some aliens? Wouldnt it be cool? Its a game, so it would not matter, right?

As long as its a sokker game, and not just a game - why not try to get it as close to the real thing as possible. All the updates are in that direction, am i wrong?

This current 10 player rule is wrong in so many ways right now. All it does, is give easy walkovers with not training sessions and at best, encourage teams to buy 4€ players to send out in the field. Now tell me, how is that not making the results exorbitant and is good/fair for leagues?
