surely you count with it, but I have 2 questions to know:

-Age of the player
-If the player pop with training or 40gt was the whole level
-He played 2 matches per week or only one while what period

Aleays one game/week, 40 gt was a full pop from general, now he has 27yo so you can count it...61 weeks + 40 weeks = 101 weeks. One season - 16 weeks...so a bit more than 6 seasons

random it's too dificoult to explain in that case. you can be right or no... randon can be much faster at 22-23yo than 25-26yo. I thought to make this study with a 16 yo 5xtragic or so, it's the only way to know perfectly. counting a pop from hopeless to unsatisfactory of course. sublevels of coach can make a difference, so still we won't know. imho

The rules say this about experience:

Depending on their experience level, defenders could slightly block, or at least slow down, their opponents while running to the ball. However, they will not be able to block while heading duels.

Is this the only effect, or do attackers and mids also have benefits from experience.

It will also influence positioning through tactical discipline. I don't remember whether "slide blocks" depended on experience as well.

Either way, both these things would be more important for defenders if you ask me (bad positioning of an att is not as bad as an offside-breaker defender), but they apply to all players.

I found it: both sliding and "launch and run" dribbles benefit from experience:

Launch and run

When a player sees there is space to run into he may launch a ball ahead of him, to run more quickly compared to dribbling with the ball at his feet. How precisely he launches the ball depends on technique and experience.

Slides

Player may now slide for a ball moving out of his reach. His reach with sliding depends on his defending skill, and the actual effect of the slide is dependent on his defending and experience.

You are right, but that is mostly about the teamwork. The other part of tactical dicipline.
I wonder especialy about the experience part.

I see that arcadematches give experience points, now i am thinking about playing with some players that will be in one or 2 seasons in my mainsquad. So they have more experience by then. But only if it would help them play better. (Arcade matches do not influence teamwork as far is i noticed. So that part is not that interesting for me ;) )

you need to update osokker if on new theme.
if using the old theme, i think its broken i couldnt get it going myself.
since new theme there is lots of problems with addons
