what did happen with website this morning and also other days ??

Don't you follow the forum? game is dying. Not enough attention to servers and they crash all the time. Nobody is trying to upgrade the server anymore.

It's normal to have these crashes at some point. Let's not forget that the game worked for years without any interruption.

sokker users rented servers...so the server crash is not sokker's fault

also....servers crashin all the time?????

it's the first crash in months

there were much, much more crashes years ago,when sokker was still 'working'

Really has nothing to do with sokker dying.
There are less crashes if you look at other soccer managers.
Please don't irritate everybody with your posts full of nonsense.

I like how the Sokker staff deals with unpleasant comments. Don't play, don't pay :)) , instead of having an official oppinion, to try to somehow not anger a client that's already angered.

Its not official and its not big deal comment, just my personal ;) well, Im only guard so not sure if staff :P there is not much users who are trying to get the game better and a lot of users, who want everything, now and without effort ;) owners can have their strategy but it has nothing to do with staff...

You have to understand that when you took the responsability to become part of the Sokker staff, you basically quit to have personal opinions. The only opinion a staff member can have are based on the Sokker's guide/rules.

As a moderator you're the first line of defence, you're the one that has the most interactions with the users/clients. If i were Greg I would have flipped out.

You're wrong, same as you Im still user of this game, I have same rules, I can have personal opinions. Im "defending" sokker rules, not sokker or policy itself, its not my business there.

Subjunctive mood (indicating a hypothetical state or a state contrary to reality, such as a wish, a desire, or an imaginary situation).

Of course I'm not Greg, why would I have used the subjunctive otherwise :))

And wybo, of course it's my opinion, because I wrote it, but I'm not bound to an official conduct. Does one of you have a bussiness or have a job? It's strange that nobody know too much about customer service.

But let's get over this because we're not going anywhere. If none of you find unprofessional to see a staff member recommending as a solution for one's problem to quit playing/paying the/for the game he's representing, than there's no point to continue this topic.

The brotherhood sindrom indicates that there are too many young people in a position of taking decisions ;)

Everything started with Faitas comment, yes I wrote what I did but whats wrong with it? Its only about that every user can choose, its free game..this shouting is really constructive acting and the same users again and again ;) and Im not promoter, Im not saying anything against sokker, its just fact how it is here...

I cant do nothing with it same as you, I can only enjoy the game and spend "free" time here ;) thats why I do not sitting back and Im trying to do at least little for the better game or users (for example logos) and not only shouting that boat is sinking and keep sailing and doing nothing...

The truth is, you are pulling that out of -OK, let's just say out of nowhere :P

Staff members, and in particular moderators, are just in charge of enforcing Sokker rules, and actually can't impersonate the developers in any way. Moreover, moderators don't even enforce Sokker rules in general, but only forum rules. Their duty is to ensure that communication in the forum falls within Sokker rules. And of course they can still post about whatever they want, they just need to be especially compliant with forum rules (but whay wouldn-t they say whatever they want within the rules?).

Thinking that a mod speaks officially for the game when he says "you are free not to stay" is like thinking that a security guard at a mall speaks for every store in it if he says "you are free to leave the mall if you don't like it".
