I always set a number slots (3 mostly, sometimes even 4) for such a substitution (for example minute 46, 60 and 75).

You can't. You have to specify the exact minute in which the condition for the change has to be checked.

For instance, if you set "if losing by 1 goal or more" in minute 46, then if the score at the star of the second half is 0-1 (rival's goal), the change is made.

If it is 0-0, then no change is made. And if your rival scores just after the kick-off, nothing will happen, as the condition has been already checked.

Only two conditions are checked 'any time' (you have to put in them the minute 1 -or in the minute after you want them to be checked-): 'red card or no player', or 'player is light injuried'.

I think it depends on multiple factors... and it is different for each player.

yes, i suposed that many factor like age, talend, training, manager, has effects, but an approximate time should exist. or some players experiences

Random is one of the bigest factors. I had a player that dropped 2 times in 11 weeks on 1 skill when he was 31 (or something) and then 2 seasons not on any skill at all.

uffff. could be random!!!!! whaoo, so i was wrong, i'm sold old players when he have more than 15 week without drop skills.

For 32 yo or older players, i still think it was a good decission :)

What was the best att player until now? I mean, how old an att got 3x17?
