Ok then you are free to ask anything you want, if you understood the last answer about training then ok. 2 matches per week gives only around 10% extra training comparing to LEAGUE match. Friendly match gives around 75% training, while league around 90%. Both matches give 100% or nearly 100%. So conclusion is - better to play 1 match a week and train more players this way. Better ones in the league, younger ones in friendly.

this is graph similar to training. (but please ignore the values i dont want to create one and upload)
45 minutes is probably 45% training.
1 match ~75% training.
1 match and 60 minutes ~90-95% training
2 matches 100% training

greg confirmed 2 full games = 100% training.
you can see there is not much benefit in 2 full games. but at the same time every 4 weeks they have 1 extra training. usually people only player super important future players in 2 games. it also shows benefit of U21 games.

the normal estrategy is to play with olders on sunday and youngers on wednesday, above all in the beginning of the game yes. If you're looking for earn money with training. You can improve your stadium and you can choose another estrategy, but that's the usual thing made for almost all managers and it works

and what is the probability of a player improving on a skill (i.e pace) to playing three games a week (league, cup and national team) in a week? .... lets take an example of age 19.

That depends of his talent, good talented players will improve way faster as poor talented players. So the first thing you have to find out is what are your talented players and worth training for a longer time :)

I wanna train 17 years old player and give technic train to players.for which player they offer the highest price and positions etc..?

In this topic you can find a link to a tranfer tool, to check previous transfers. You can check yourself what position will give you the most profits. Sokker helper - for player price estimation and prediction.

You can train 10 players each week with technique, put midfielders and/or forwards as MID in your line-up.

I need to resolve one question about plus.

If I need to renew plus within two weeks, Should I consider doing it knowing that sokker go away and I will lose money?

Thanks

I think that he chance that sokker dies within a year is almost 0.
I would not sugest to buy it for 2 years, but just look from year to year.
