If 2 players play 45 mins league and 45 mins friendly each, does they together get same amount of total training as if they would have played 90min league one and 90mins league other?

No, they will get aprox. 82,5% of training.

league game = 90 trained minutes (90%)
friendly = 75 trained minutes (75%)

90 + 75 = 165 trained minutes for 1 l.g. and 1 f.g.
165 : 2 = 82,5 trained minutes (or 82,5% training, if you prefer to read it this way)

You didnt take aluminium into consideration tho.

During the training session the players were a bit absent-minded. They will not receive training this week..

It is only ruined for the match on sunday. Wednesday's players would train normal.

Ok I probably should have asked differently first. Does sokker training is linear compared to played minutes? For example: if player who plays 45mins in league only will get exactly half of the training he would get if he played 90mins league?
