the general community sayings are
tech, defender - normal
passing, pm - 10% faster
pace - 25% slower

so 10 tech trainings is same pops as 9 passing.
5 pace trainings is same pops as 4 tech.

this is based on trainers being same level afaik...
obviously projects trainingstabelle will show the best ever pops.. so you can assume best coaches...

how does deadline work ?

when player ends 16:00 and i bid on him 15:58:05, should not he end 16:00:05 if the deadline is extended by 2 minutes .. but everytime someone overbids me at 16:00:50 when the player should be already mine

The player could have ended at 16:00:50. Then your bid at 15:58:05 didn't extend the deadline.

i mean even when deadline was extender before, because his original deadline was 15:55 .. how can this happen ?

Everytime someone else makes a bid 2 extra minutes are added to the deadline.

So if the deadline was 15:55.10 but someone made a bid at 15:54.30, the new deadline became 15:56.30. If another one made a bid at 15:56.20 the deadline became 15:58.20 etc etc

I always thought it depended on the time he was put up for sale ie. 15:58:50...

no, it is exactly 2 minutes from last bid, the reason why i always laugs at noobs bidding .50.... i always myself bid .59, because for example, i bid 22.22.59, it will show deadline as 22.25.... so it will end 1 sec before that... instead of noobs bidding, so there is 50 sec extra compared to what text says.... can also be used when u try to make someone being annoyed over long bidwar, always look when he bids, then if he bid xx.xx.25, then bid xx.xx.23, because then he sits and think the player is his when it hits .00, then when you have done it a couple of times, people get annoyed and leave bidwar

i bid 22.22.59, it will show deadline as 22.25 .. should not it show 22:24 ?
i always bid from 22:00:00 to 22:00:05 etc but it always continues untill 22:02:50 or so .. and thats during bidwar (that means that i bid 21:56:05 etc .. and last bid from someone else was f.e. 21:59:50

you are wrong, always exactly 2 minutes, you must have remembered or looked wrong.... and yes, .59 will make it so it closes 1 sec before it says
