i believe it was mentioned that it is within recent logins only, but i guess to me it would make sense if it was within the most recent 60 days or a timelimit.

either way i think if you clear it with admins and its not a TPA bid it should be possible.

1. Does the average skill of a youth coach affect how good will new youth players be created?
2. Does coaches average skill affect how will youth players improve?
3. Do youth league matches and injuries affect the development of youth players?

1. No. But a better youth coach will estimate the entry level better.
2. Yes (youth coach).
3. No. But the estimation of the juniors will be better if they play matches.

well he needs to train passing even if you make him defender, so it really just depends on your training plans, as he is probably romanian, so u21 needs doesnt matter
