Nice response but i think it would be better for all if for skills are used numbers instead of words

Why the polish, sud-americans and italian users, who have in their own team players that played for national team, never updates or send the players skills? (not even once in three months)

They do. I have different experience.

There is this one polish user who I have emailed many times, and he has never responded to me...

EDIT: Generally, some users prefer not to answer to NT coach or not to update player skills because they are afraid of their players being injured during NT match. So risk is high and the gain from such match is like nothing for them. I don't care and try to update my valuable players in NT db but I understand their point of view.
