Through contact form. This link leads to staff contact form for user country (in my case it is Poland):

If You change the number at the end (which is country identifier) You will get link to staff contact form of another country.
AFAIK there is no admin in every country though. However there should be admin in most populated (from sokker point of view) countries like Poland, Romania, Hungary, Italy etc.

50% of normal match training.
if plays full NT game and full other game = 100% training
