You do not have to pay for the roof that allready exists, but you have to checkmark the roof allways, otherways it will be removed.

if you are already have a roof for one part of your stadium and you want to expand it even further then you must pay additional cost for the new roof. a bigger stand need a bigger roof, right? :)

I know that only GK position receives GK gt.... but what about other GT for gk position, are they normal?? Is because i want to train outfield player in pace, on GK position...

I'd say that yes. My gk has +3-4 ups in all skills in ~7 seasons.

pace is trained for all position equally.

general training keeper recieves training in all i think

passive training. i know that gk recieves huge passive training in defender for some reason.
i guess they recieve passive in other skills also
