i mean how can you loose experience in real life you keep improving and die with it

This is not really true, but it is strange players who are still active each week and trained by high skilled trainers are loosing skills too fast.

It would make more sense if older players loose skills only when they get to play in a lower division (weaker opponents is less challenging), transferred to a team with weaker trainers and/or when manager hire weaker trainers.

And it would also make sense if older players decide to retire after a certain age, for example between 33 and 36 and keepers 1 or 2 years more, and of course managers should know in time, for example 5 years before retirement a counter appears on their player page so everyone knows how many seasons before retirement.

of course, there are many problems, some of them are very annoying and they're here from long time ago, like "retard keeper" who always try to throw the ball at winger and of course 99% he fails ,same for defenders or mid's at free kicks, they allways look for winger (if you choose to play with)...etc.I mean ,as a developer,if you want to keep the game allive, first look to the old problems and start fixing the most simple and common ones,at least do this...

players are not losing skills too fast, maybe even too slow, but they are not talking about that, they are talking about experience

I think that in this case is normal the keeper looking for the winger, normally they are not surround by defenders, which knowing the logic of the goalkeepr who always tries to pass to a unmark teammate is the expected behaviour, don't you think?

Maybe the problem is having the winger close to the line when the keeper has the ball, a possible solution could be to tactically move the winger to the middle when the ball is on keeper hands?

Oh, then I didn't read it good enough.

Still, retirement would be a nice option I think, and to be able make retired players your coaches as an extra addition would be even better :)

See 'How to get started with Sokker tutorial', STEP 2 for Main Skills and Recommended Skills:

EDIT:

Keep these skills in mind (copied from the tutorial):

Position = Main Skills - (Recommended Skills) - ((Useful Skills))
● GK = keeper, pace - (passing, stamina)
● DEF = defender, pace, stamina - (playmaker, technique, passing)
● MID = playmaker, passing, pace, stamina - (technique, defender) - ((striker))
● ATT = striker, technique, pace, stamina - (playmaker, passing) - ((defender))

yes, but for a newly started team, primaries (pace and def) are more important...

Adam to adaca
Guys what is your opinion about 3 days of player injury. If healthy is 100% player performance ,what about 3 days? Fore me 1-2 days has really small impact on player..I would say 90-95% of usual game. I dont know if I should put one of my best mid ..he is 3 days of injury but divine form ( substitue weaker and excellent form)

I would never put player with 4 days of injury on the pitch...tharts for sure;p
