Damn, then my "masterplan" failed. Need to find another way to win youth league then. :D

check tactics of youth league winners in other countries or ask them ;)

The training of Team-work is solely dependant on your coaches general appraisal, mostly based on the head coach but affected slightly by the assistants.

About form... I don't know, it's random mostly. Some players prefer to play 2 matches per week.

And I think players skills might drop faster, as you won't train anything, not even general training.

Why don't you get a coach with low salary and unearthly at one skill and then buy some cheap young players and just play them in friendly games? Still better than nothing and it won't cost you much.

This might be a weird question, but maybe someone could help me. I've played SK for many year, but I'm considering switching to rather unorthodox training regimen.

I get more fun out of the game by training young players(U25-26) is usually my cap for age. Now, I'm wondering if anyone else has had any success in doing mini training schedules for their team and how successful it was?

For example, I have 3 magical assistants so my general training is nearly as good as it will ever get unless I really find those unearthly coaches. :^)

Say I'm looking to train midfielders, I would do 2 weeks tech, then 2 weeks passing, then 2 weeks PM, then switch back to tech/passing/PM. Obviously, it would not seem effective, but general trainings and random pops might be more frequent?

Has anyone tried this approach ever and was it successful?

I was considering the same training schedule when I finish the existing one :)

What is the difference between 4 tech, 4 passing and 4 playmaking and 4 times 1 training of each?
The total amount of training, including general training should be the same.

I train almost every week a different training. Only pace i do 5 weeks in a row each season. But that's because I like it, and with extra cup training for all training skills. But at the end there should be no different result with the 'normal' schedule.

I just think it would be difficult to switch to something like that I guess. I think that general trainings would add a little more.

I mean I can understand the pace aspect since it trains slower.

The only reason i train pace in a block is because i can buy new trainees before i sold the old ones. But it does not train faster or slower in a block.

if you train 5 weeks pace, 3 weeks PM, 4 weeks passing and 4 weeks tech in a season. You get the same reult if you train it in blocks or every week something different. GT adds just the same in both scenario's.

Maybe GT is with one skill a bit higher than with another skill. But changing doesn't matter.

The major disadvantage is that you cannot define the player's talent precisely when you switch training every week
2016-02-15 17:52:06
but you can better talent screens for selling players if they are close to pop after training, 2+1 general looks better than 3+0 :)

47 supporters bought subscription cards this week.

lol. I've never seen so many supporters coming :)
Does someone know the max number of supporters that can come at once (if any)?

anyone ever investigated the effect of a youth coach?

Can i simply do this:

talent 4 with a 15 coach:

4*15/16= 3.75 with a 16 coach
4*15/14=4.29 with a 14 coach

There was a topic on the Polish forum years ago. Or well, I don't really master the Polish language, but I guess this is about it.

My polish isn't that good either ;)
If there is someone who can give a (short) translation, i would be very grateful.
