There are enough highly talented players who go to foreign competitions for example for the money and never play for their NT or on their former level again...

You just can't defend what happened. Why were only cranber, the romanian and polska coach notified from this and not the uruguyan for Pellerano, the chinese one for Dongpeng, etc ... ?

I've sent some mails to the admins... If this game has some credibility left the situation has a reset of 24h...

Which are the most effective, coaching 18 players or 30 players in the youth academy?

How old Players can be trained tech or pass (normally?) I heard that pace is best up to 27yo and other skills up to 30, is that right?

you shouldnt train 29 yo´s, and 28 yo´s only if they are close to pop already

There is no rule, it depends on how many good players you have in the youth school. If you have 30 promising 16yo you train 30, if you get tragic 18yo you remove them and wait for better luck.

Can the skill level of a junior player drop down? One of mine reduced from 7 to 4 this week...

yes, it's a normal situation

when player comes to youth school, his true level is -3 to +3 oh his written level. You were really unlucky to get this player, he might randomly be not lvl 4, but lvl 10 :)

The actual skill does not drop. But the coach ESTIMATES the skill every week, and the estimation can be wrong. It gets better when the player is longer in the club and plays games. So it was not the drop, but the coach made a revision of his judge.

My coach has 16 def, 16 pace, 16 passing and 16 middle. I train def for now. What is the effect of middle, phase and passing passive training? (As a percent of def training).
