My coach has 16 def, 16 pace, 16 passing and 16 middle. I train def for now. What is the effect of middle, phase and passing passive training? (As a percent of def training).

about 10% of active training, if you have 3x magical assistants

also without those assistents i think. Because the maintraining is also slower.

If you have an injury during a game to say a midfielder and you don't have a midfielder as sub I had thought that the game engine simply takes the lowest numbered outfield player from the list of subs. However, much to my surprise my attacker came on instead :-( So does anybody know what criteria are used in these circumstances? Thanks.

greg to cometer

sequence is:
(right position)
MID
ATT
DEF
GK

but for goalkeepers I see DEF is checked first so sequence is:

(GK)
DEF
MID
ATT

Excellent, many thanks for that :-)

What is the difference (in percentage) of league match training and friendly match training? is it true, that if player plays friendly match and in National team (at least half of the match) in one week, he gets full training?

nt plus friendly is less than official ..talk to kouta tamazaki.

I use 90% for an official match (Competition, cup, CC), 75% for a friendly, 50% for NT, and 100% for 2 full (!) matches, no matter what kind of matches.

But, others use other numbers. It is very hard to find out the exact numbers. But for me the calcultaions work good to predict pops with the numbers above.

@Adam, realy? i do not see that in my sheets at all...

yep..

and in fact its hard to get 100% of training because if you play official then increase in amount of training(with every other match) is smaller and smaller..

so if you add nt to official you will get adittional 1-3%. Adding friendly to it will give some extras but not to the point when you get 100%

the main idea of this is the fact that you dont sum value *(like 90 official + 70 friendly) to get 100%. It works other way..kouta named it but I forgot :p

so its probably like this

nt+official up to ~ 93%
friendly+ nt ~ 80-85%

to get close to 100 % you need to play friendly+nt+official(league) and cc for example

and friendly is 70%

I remember a post of greg years ago where he stated that "2 matches" give 100%. And when i look in my numbers i do not see much worse numbers when i compare friendly + NT vs official. (while the first use 100% as base and the second use 90%)

I agree that 90 minutes + 70 minutes do not give 100%, but in my calculations 90 minutes friendly + 90 minutes NT give 100% while 90 minutes official and 85 minutes friendly don't. It looks weird, because those last two matches gives more training than the first two... but that is the way interperted gregs post and for me it seems to work.

But, let say it is just my opinion, because i do not want to put the effort to look into my code (it is years old, and i haven't look in to that for also years) and all to prove it ;)
But if Kouta has somewhere a topic where he explained with data i would love to have a look (even if it is Polish :) )

I was taking about full game of league and full friendly that dont give 100% :p

I will try to find his post.:)

Yes, i know. But greg said differently. (But i do not have the actual post.)

But as i do not have prove etc. I let it rest. For me my numbers work (good enough) to determine talent and when pops will happen. But maybe i am wrong al allong :)

/edit: that would be great :)

a small addition.

if Kauta and I are using different numbers on slowering training speed because of age and skilllevel, we also could get similar results. That is the problem with formulas with so many unknown factors.

But i became a bit lazy without plus, so i do not keep as much data as before and go with the flow on this moment. So not much playerdata right now. But i have this:

variabelen (varables)

Officiele wedstrijd 0,9 (official)
vriendschappelijke wedstrijd 0,75 (friendly)
Nationale wedstrijd 0,5 (NT)
dubbele wedstrijd 1 (double)
GT 0,1 (General training)

pace 1,33
def 1,1
tech 1,1
play 1
pas 1
str 1,25

jaar ouder 1,09 (aging)
Skill hoger 1,1 (skill level)

Where did You take these variables from?

testing for a couple of years with my trainees and training.

What i did was keep al the data i had in a sheet, then try to get the calculations as consistent as i could. And i had a couple of youthplayers of which i knew the talent allready. With the numbers above i got the best results (for me).
