Where can I see the list of Administrators per country? I don't know who is the current admin of Paraguay
2017-09-07 15:32:10
Here You can see the Paraguayan staff members:
http://sokker.org/country_admins/ID_country/72

AFAIK, there is no admin in Paraguay, but there might be admins from other countries who are responsible for Paraguay.

that's what he wants to know

Yeah, I didn't realize it while writing that post.
So it looks like You cannot.
So maybe write message to admin in form from link above and I believe proper admin will respond. That's the only way of finding that admin I can think of.

What is taken into account as next statistic/parameter if all statistics like points, goals difference, number of goals for and number of victories are equal in case of WC group stage?
In case of normal leagues it is "position in the league at the end of last season" but such parameter can't be used for WC groups.

At the end think comes in front one which score more goals...
Anyway you shouldn't be concerned about that, as it cant happen that 2 teams can have same statistical values in group...did someone saw such situation?

It is not about it happened or not. It is about how the result is calculated if everything else is equal (let's assume every match finished with result 0-0). I need this knowledge to properly implement statistics module in SkUnk.
The "more goals" rule is used at third place (after points and goal difference), the fourth is number of victories, but what is the fifth? There still might be situation where all first four statistics are equal.

EDIT: Hmmmm, maybe it is who is higher in table in situation while 0 matches were played.

I just name wild guess: Could it be ranking points? Who higher in world ranking who better chance get threw..
2017-09-08 21:48:54
I thought about this, but would it be ranking points at the start of group stage or at the current moment? I believe if it is about ranking it is the latter but still I am not sure. Maybe it is who is higher in table in situation while 0 matches were played. Which would probably imply higher number of ranking points at the start of season or group stage.

I don't think that higher ranking gives you higher place at group stage (according to Group H at least) it isn't so.

Most normal should be who was in better (higher) WC draw pot...
2017-09-08 22:14:48
But how the pots are calculated? Look at mentioned Group H - Azerbaycan and Hrvatska, there is almost 500 ranking points difference between them in favor of Hrvatska, yet the Azerbaycan has higher position which I think implies higher draw pot.
