IF a player get the 3rd yellow card in NT, he "looks visible", not on red, for NT.
Obviusly he will not play next NT Match, but if you go to the NT formation, he dosent show on red.

then it should be 16, not 17
Today a 16 coach only reach 94% efficiency, the system is based on maximum 17 coach, someday it will be introduced, as they said in one of the Dev Diaries.

I wouldn't say "wage", but the total sum.
About that one "4.5 talent" with a 9 level coach can be dubious. Even with a 16 coach at youth school, a player who stays at ys less than 9 weeks are mostly wrong measured by the coach, and the rules are clear when says the "junior coach’s general skill decides on how accurately the general skill of each junior is estimated.", So...

No, but it Will also remove the red card like another official match

Also at least the red card will be removed before local cup game, where i opp is too weak, so i won't let him play anyway:))

A 22 years solid in pace with 6 weeks of training and 5 weeks of general training, still SOLID.

is there any way to get better condition of the pitch before my cup match? 4 home matches in a row are just too many
Change grass type. Angel grass gives you a 100% when you buy it
I don't think you need to get a worse grass type before coming back to it, you should be able to set the same type of grass. But I didn't test it :P

I always had angel grass type. Perhaps if I buy it again it will renew, but do not know if it is worth the try.
Use the pitch maintenance? It's cheaper, but not 100% right away
