It might be normal.
I've had a player some IRL years ago with Formidable youth skill at end age 16!
Everybody thought it would be a beast! But at age 17 week 11 he was still formidable with no changes whatsoever...
I thought, his earlier skills were totally exaggerated and so he won't be as good as we thought he would be. Yet at age 18 week 12 he's pulled as magical!
Turned out he had a talent around 3.5 - 4, But he had the worst pace-tech combo I have seen for a magical player!

Both hopeless!

I have a question about training, so does only training order that was active on Thursday morning (when skills get updated) matter ? For example I have training order set to passing for MID, if I change it on Wednesday or today to technique for MID will my players receive technique training or passing?

Tzes is right. That is why is the best to sack coach after thursday update and before saturday update and hire new coach after saturday update

If he has a contract with your team, yes, you pay him a wage when you sack him

Last league games are played in week 14 which are followed by 2 weeks of "offseason"(week 15 and week 0) before the new season starts. Players get older on friday on week 15

I need information about wages of trainers. Skill 13,14 and 15..what are the minimal wages i can find for such skills?
