I've got a team in TM for a little over a season now. It looks (graphics) good but I don't think it's much fun. Matches are very boring with just some lines of text being generated for you.
None is like sokker of cource;)
The problem there is that it is very random... In the same conditions you can win a match by 3-0 and next time lose by 3-0...(the exactly same match;))!

Okay. I really thought, that I knew the highest. But which position are you at with this sponsor income?
I would say, buy some good youngsters and train them, I will get you far.
It's because nobody is taking the tactics serious. If you analyzed like me in every match, you will surely get more succes and not end up with losing 3-0.
Yes, I don't pay much attention there! But this season I am first in the 1st division and last season with the same players (ok, one MR from my youth squad got to first 11, but not good player) I was struggling for survival:P
It's a mixture between the oppenents players and your tactics against theirs. With all these mixtures, it comes to what you are talking about. But if you just pay attention to the tactics, then you should survive. Just look at my team. I have good players, based on ASI, they have low main skills, but their main skills are super, and of course my wingers have the primary skills in order. They are the most important part in my tactic, without one of them, I can easily lose or not play well. I don't base my team on main skills, the players cost to much with the right skills, the secondary skills are almost as important as the primary. And even with these players, I'm second in my league. The only reason why I can't reach number 1, is that his attack is too strong for most teams in the league and he has had a lot of luck in my opinion.

I mean, in our division, a guy with 9 on striking and shooting from distance has the most goals, while my attacker for example has 14 and 17, scoring less.
And it's not due to the side stats, because my player has them. He even plays in his NT. The other player has only the conditional stats at comparable level of my player.

Well, you do know that players have professionalism? This is very important thing for the players to have. They play much better when it's high, especially the players with superb are very good playing.
professionality is the ONLY important thing in TM :p
I mean, you may have the worst players, you can still be champion if they 'have it', as I like to call it. Or they 'are good in the game, not outsides'.
I personally think professionality is junk.
